Barney joined TOLM in June of 2020. He boasts over 25 years of experience in construction and specializes in civil, remodeling, and building. Barney partners with our Project Managers to ensure a solid, quality outcome for our clients.

Education and Certifications:

  • Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Arkansas College of Technology
  • OSHA 30
