GRAVES FOSTER WTP IMPROVEMENTS

TOLM Group partnered with Hope Water & Light to complete significant improvements at the Graves Foster Water Treatment Plant in Fulton, Arkansas. The project focused on expanding finished water storage capacity, improving pumping infrastructure, and strengthening the reliability of the community’s drinking water system. 

A major component of the project was the installation of a 750,000-gallon prestressed concrete clearwell, complete with an aeration system to support finished water storage and treatment operations. TOLM also constructed a new finished water pump station, including pumps, process piping, instrumentation, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment. 

Additional work included site development and installation of yard piping to integrate the new infrastructure with the existing treatment facility. The project required coordination of structural, mechanical, and electrical construction activities to deliver a fully integrated water storage and pumping system. 

Through these improvements, TOLM helped Hope Water & Light enhance its finished water storage and pumping capabilities, supporting long-term operational reliability and the continued delivery of safe, dependable drinking water to the communities it serves.
