MORRILTON, AR – TOLM Construction President Brian Rohlman has been selected for the 2019 Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 Class.
After only ten years working for area firms as both a design engineer and construction manager Rohlman was hand selected by a prominent local entrepreneur to be the president of what was then a small asphalt paving operation. In only four years he grew the company from 20 employees to almost 100 and increased annual revenue from $2MM in 2014 to more than $20MM in 2018. He has also diversified the company’s scope of work breaking into water/wastewater, commercial, and industrial design and construction, and expanding the heavy civil construction operation. TOLM now serves clients across the state and recently has crossed state lines and started a project for a client in North Carolina in March 2019.
Brian is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He has been an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and worked with the Arkansas Section to establish a Central Arkansas Chapter in 2010. He also served on the ASCE Arkansas Section Board of Directors as the Central Section President.
Brian was appointed to the board of the Conway County Economic Development Corporation in 2017 and serves on the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Advisory Committee. He also previously served on the UACCM Foundation Board.
He and his family are active members of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morrilton. He is a 2004 Sacred Heart Catholic School Alumni and he served on the the Sacred Heart Catholic School Capital Campaign Committee (2016-2018). He is also an active member of the Morrilton Knights of Columbus chapter.
Brian and his wife Rachel are natives of Conway County and live in Morrilton with their two daughters.
