Multi-Craftsman


Perform a wide variety of facility, infrastructure, and utility system maintenance, repair and renovation tasks at the skilled level. This position has a flexible work schedule and must be able to work overtime when required. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel.

  • Multi-Craftsman – Lead

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Highly experienced in the multi-craft construction sector
  • Ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner
  • Able to communicate both in writing and verbally in a courteous and professional manner with customers and co-workers
  • Demonstrated multi skills in a variety of categories such as carpentry, concrete, welding, pipefitting, and heavy equipment operation
  • Able to work some weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Required Education and Experience

  • Proven experience as a multi-skilled construction worker
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
  • Ability to read drawings, plans, and blue prints
  • Heavy equipment operating
  • Ironwork experience
  • Millwright experience
  • Experience in carpentry work
  • Concrete experience
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively
  • Aptitude in math
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma/GED
