Our employees are trained to identify unsafe conditions and follow the regulations at every project site to maintain a safe working environment. We train and educate our employees through:
- Mandatory New Hire Orientation: Safety orientation for all new employees.
- Weekly Safety Meetings: Regular briefings at job sites and our shop.
- Daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs): Routine assessments on job sites each day.
- Annual In-Service Training: Yearly sessions to update and reinforce safety protocols.
