Unlike most firms, TOLM Group’s design team works hand-in-hand and under the same roof as our construction teams. This gives us a unique, unparalleled perspective into the nuts and bolts of the construction industry. Our team observes and learns from the successes and failures in the design and construction of projects every day from our own construction teams.

A benefit to having a design team working in tandem with a construction team is the ability to produce accurate budgets and estimates. Our ‘engineer estimates’ are regularly in line with real-time bids and proposals from contractors. This provides unique value to all our clients and projects.

Professional Civil Engineers

Licensure is the mark of a professional. It's a standard recognized by employers and their clients, by governments, and by the public as an assurance of dedication, skill, and quality. Only a licensed engineer may prepare, sign, seal, and submit engineering plans and drawings to a public authority for approval or seal engineering work for public and private clients (source: www.nspe.org).

TOLM Group's design team currently consists of four Professional Engineers. As a firm, TOLM holds a Certificate of Authorization to deliver stamped engineering plans and drawings and is also a Licensed Contractor, allowing us to not only take on construction once the design is complete but also to provide a construction-ready design. Construction services are offered at the discretion of the client based on their needs.
