Project Description
TOLM self-contracted the design-build of our corporate headquarters in downtown Morrilton. The project included the total renovation/restoration of a 20,000 sq. ft. Coca Cola bottling plant that was originally erected in 1929. Our crew completely gutted the interior and restored many of the original details while also modernizing the space to meet the needs of our growing company. The finished product includes the addition of solar panels, 30+ workspaces, two conference rooms, a corporate event space, and an employee gym.
