Dusty joined TOLM in November of 2018 as a member of our Accounting Department and quickly climbed the ladder due to her initiative and organizational talents. As the Care Director at TOLM Group, Dusty leads with heart and purpose, championing initiatives that foster a culture of compassion throughout the organization and beyond. Her role centers on enriching lives and nurturing meaningful relationships with employees, their families, project owners, subcontractors, vendors, and community partners. Dusty is dedicated to identifying and acting on opportunities that support the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of others, ensuring every individual feels valued, supported, and appreciated.
