Construction Survey Party ChiefSpencer joined TOLM in 2024 as a Construction Survey Party Chief. He bring to TOLM 14 years of surveying experience from AR-DOT. Spencer holds an Associate’s Degree in Surveying (UACCM), a Bachelor’s degree in Education (U of A), and an Arkansas Professional Surveying License. When Spencer is not working, he is enjoying time with his wife and two children. Spencer also enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors.
