Baker to be new Safety Director at TOLM Construction


MORRILTON, AR – Brandon Baker of Morrilton has joined the team at TOLM Construction as Safety Director.

Baker brings more than 10 years of experience working in safety with him to TOLM Construction.  He will manage current safety programs and new safety initiatives for the company.  TOLM Construction President Brian Rohlman said, “Safety always has to be a priority in our industry.  We are excited about the experience that Mr. Baker is bringing to our team and we look forward to him growing our safety program to be one of the best in the nation”.

Baker said, “I am honored to be a part of the TOLM Construction team and look forward implementing new value-added Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives that will contribute to Tolm’s continued growth and success.“

Rohlman added, “We are always excited when we get the opportunity to hire local talent even as our geographical service area is rapidly expanding”.

Baker is a 2005 Morrilton High School graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Administration and Management from Arkansas Tech University.  He is also a licensed emergency medical technician, first responder instructor, and OSHA instructor.  He has previously held safety-related positions with the Conway County Office of Emergency Management and Southwestern Energy Company. 

Baker lives in Morrilton with his wife Alison.  He is a member of the Conway County Hospital Board of Directors, past president of the Conway County Emergency Food and Shelter Board, and is a member of the Conway County Volunteer Fire Department and Sheriff’s Department Mounted Patrol.
