TOLM Group is proud to announce the promotion of Jeff Windham to Vice President of Construction.
Windham brings more than three decades of experience in water and wastewater construction, with extensive knowledge of field operations, quality control, and client relations. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for hands-on leadership, technical expertise, a commitment to quality, and an ability to develop trusted relationships with clients and teams.
As Vice President of Construction, Windham will oversee TOLM Group’s Field Operations and Project Management teams. He will focus on strengthening collaboration between the field and project management, developing and empowering teams, and ensuring projects continue to be delivered with the quality, integrity, and professionalism TOLM clients expect.
