MORRILTON, ARKANSAS, TOLM Group, a full-service construction and engineering firm headquartered in Central Arkansas, is proud to announce the promotions of Josh Beck to Senior Estimator and David Watkins to Design-Build Manager.
Josh joined TOLM seven years ago after graduating from Arkansas Tech. During his tenure with TOLM, Josh has leveraged his knowledge and experience of estimating many large and detailed projects with great success, always keeping our client’s interest in the forefront while developing complete and accurate bid packages for our clients. Going forward, Josh will oversee the estimating department, assist with preconstruction development, as well as assist with the conceptual estimating and constructability review for our Design-Build services to give our clients the value they deserve for their investment.

Josh has earned an Associate of Science in Nuclear Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arkansas Tech and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and he and his family live in Springfield, Arkansas.
David came to TOLM Group five years ago after working for a prominent Arkansas-based engineering firm and brought with him a background of experience and knowledge that has been an asset for TOLM and our clients. In this new role, David will lead TOLM’s in-house Design-Build team by managing and overseeing projects executed via design-build delivery. David will be the face of the company for the client throughout the design-build process from conception to the end of construction.

David graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture and lives here in Morrilton with his family.
