MORRILTON, AR – Brian Rohlman with the TOLM Group has successfully completed the Design-Build Institute of America’s (DBIA) comprehensive education, training and certification testing program to achieve the design-build industry’s designation as a nationally certified Associate Design-Build Professional.™
Rohlman is the President of the central-Arkansas-based construction and engineering firm the TOLM Group. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 13 years working as a civil engineer in the construction and utility industries. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.

Three to six years substantial design and construction experience is an additional prerequisite for Designated Associate Design-Build Professional™ certification.
