Project Description
TOLM is provided construction management services for the construction of a 2 MGD wastewater pretreatment plant for the poultry processing facility in Goldsboro, NC. Major project components consist of a complete aeration system, HDPE lined earthen basins, sludge filter press, chemical feed system, and several pump stations and associated office, lab, storage buildings.
