TOLM Group served as the general contractor for the installation of a new clarifier dome at the City of Lonoke’s Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project focused on providing a durable, protective covering for an existing clarifier while incorporating ventilation features to support wastewater treatment operations.
The project included the construction and crane-assisted installation of a 66-foot-diameter aluminum clarifier dome, complete with structural framing, panels, and associated hardware. Constructed entirely of aluminum alloy, the dome was designed to provide a lightweight, corrosion-resistant structure suited for the demanding conditions of a wastewater treatment environment.
The dome also incorporated natural ventilation louvers and adjustable airflow dampers to support air circulation and ventilation within the enclosed clarifier. Installation required careful coordination of structural assembly and crane operations to safely position the dome over the existing treatment structure.
Through specialized construction and installation expertise, TOLM delivered an infrastructure improvement designed to protect critical treatment equipment, enhance operational functionality, and support the long-term reliability of the City of Lonoke’s wastewater treatment facility.
